Adding a New Provider

Searching the Directory

VitalLoop allows you to consolidate your records from various medical portals in one place. You can manage your healthcare connections at app.getvitalloop.com/providers.

1. Navigate directly to the provider search directory at app.getvitalloop.com/providers/search or by clicking the "Find Your Provider" button on the providers list page.
2. Enter your medical group or clinic's name into the search bar. The search input uses a 300ms debounce to ensure smooth typing and performance.
3. Use the state filter dropdown to narrow down results by geography.
4. If no records match, the screen displays a Directory stats empty state, indicating how many providers are currently indexed and suggesting that you try broader terms.

Connecting & Syncing

• Establishing a Connection: Locate your provider card in the search results. Connectable cards are marked with an external link icon. Click "Connect" to launch the secure portal verification window.
• Success Animation & Redirection: Once authenticated, a connection success animation will play, and you will be automatically redirected back to your active Provider List at app.getvitalloop.com/providers.
• Syncing Your Records:
  • An automatic initial sync will start in the background immediately upon connection.
  • You can manually fetch the latest health records at any time by clicking the "Sync Now" button on the provider's status card.
